Louis Rossiter, Ph.D. is a prominent health economist and founding member of Chironet, LLC. He was Secretary for Health and Human Resources for the Commonwealth of Virginia. With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Rossiter is nationally known in outcomes research and health economics. Dr. Rossiter brings the science of health economics to the company, including extensive experience leading national evaluations of the cost, quality and outcomes of care for the Healthcare Financing Organization (now the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) and numerous other organizations. He has a new book from Health Administration Press (2001) called Understanding Medicare Managed Care.

Vlad Olchanski, Ph.D. has extensive experience in applied systems analysis and the design of medical decision support systems. Formerly Chairman, Department of Medical Decision Support Systems, Russian Academy of Sciences, and Senior Technical Officer of the World Health Organization, he developed the technology platform for the confidential exchange of national healthcare data. In 1992, through a contract with Social Scientific Systems in Washington, D.C. Dr. Olchanski participated in an NCI grant for assessment of computerized disease prevention systems at the Medical College of Virginia. The project result, Healthtouch, was operated for several years in North Carolina.

Viktor Bovbjerg, Ph.D. possesses a solid background in multivariate statistics, epidemiological methods, clinical epidemiology, and epidemiological approaches to disease. Dr. Bovbjerg's experience includes work as an investigator on the Virginia Medicaid Quality Assessment and Improvement project and involvement in the Virginia Health Outcomes Partnership project that assessed patient care and outcomes in Medicaid managed care programs. Dr. Bovbjerg has considerable training and experience in study design and both parametric and non-parametric approaches to data analysis. He is expert in employing SAS, SPSS, S-plus and other statistical software programs to manage and analyze data on both PC and mainframe systems.

Jennifer Green, RHIT, specializes in medical records and quality improvement. She has developed the methods of data collection in the clinical site and national accreditation. Ms. Green holds a degree in Health Information Management and has a strong background in the quality improvement and performance measurement fields. Her past positions include work as Director of Medical Records (Health Information Management), Director of Quality Assurance, Director of Infection Control, Director of Utilization Management, Director of Physician Services.

Stephen Zimberg, M.D., MSHA, board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a founding member of Chironet. He has over 18 years of clinical experience in a large multi-specialty group practice, especially with multiple surgery center sites. Dr. Zimberg actively participates in basic and clinical research at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation–Florida and enjoys the position of principle or sub-investigator on numerous studies for major pharmaceutical and medical device companies, both domestic and foreign. He has worked with the development and implementation team of one of the top US pharmaceutical and device firms on a significant pain management project that included basic research, outcomes tracking and marketing support for the national and international sales forces of over 500 personnel.
